The site benefits from an existing consent for new homes as well as an allocation in the Local Plan under policy B2. Crest Peabody (Turweston) LLP, a joint venture between UK leading property developer, Crest Nicholson, and not-for-profit Peabody housing association, is now bringing forward improved proposals for the development of this site.
The team
Crest Peabody (Turweston) LLP is a joint venture of Crest Nicholson and Peabody. The joint venture will be responsible for delivering a viable scheme and building out the new homes on the site.
